Flame impingement with solid abrasive particles upon molten layer

Hi,

I am attempting to model an oxy-acyetlene flame with solid abrasive particles that impinges upon a refractory concrete. We are specifically attempting to model the collision of this flame once the top layer of the concrete becomes molten. Any help with properly modeling this scenario is much appreciated.
