Problem in saving Files : Comsol is not working

Hello,

I am trying to export large number of files (270000 rows) in .csv format. I use Export--> Time selection-->Manual-->Time indicies() When I entered range(1,1,500) in Time indices, COMSOL stops working. My pc RAM is 32GB Any solution or feedback would be helpful.
