Default Hole thermal velocity

Hi When I define discrete energy level for trap-assisted recombination in semiconductor physics it comes with default values for parameters, one of these are electron and hole thermal velocity. For electrons it is Vn,th=2.042e7[cm/s]. But for holes it is Vp,th=1.562e7[m/s]. I think, the hole velocity by mistake is in m/s instead of cm/s. I didn't pay attention to this from the beginning and made calculations with this number. Pay attention to this!!
