Error under PDE mode after version upgrade

I have made some cases under PDE mode of 3.4 version before. Recently I upgrade Comsol version to 3.5a. However Error (fail to find consistent initial value) shows up when I run the previous cases under 3.5a version. All the settings in the simulation seem to be consistent with that shows under 3.4 version. And all the cases still runs well under version 3.4 in another computer.
Did anyone have experience in this situation? Any suggestion or help will be appreciated. Thank you.
