Time domain vs frequency domain heat losses

I was wondering why the cycle-averaged emw.Qe from the time domain is half of the frequency domain's emw.Qe.

I guess this is related to the use of RMS values in the time domain. So I think the real losses are the ones calculated in the frequency domain study rather than manually averaging the ones from the time domain study?
