I want to ask a question before purchasing COMSOL but I need a license to get an answer. How should I submit a question?

I can send a question via the support case location, but each time I do it asks for a license number. The issue is that I have a couple questions I want to ask that will ultimately determine whether or not my institution will be interested in purchasing a couple licenses from COMSOL.

Since we use hypervisors, we want to know if a COMSOL license can be activated on a hypervisor VM.

Is there a sales rep/technician we could reach out to instead?

You can send a pre-sales question to support@comsol.com, or using the web portal www.comsol.com/support/ (Please state that your question is pre-sales) . You do not have to have a license to do so.
