Problem of running comsol on AWS

I had some problems when I try to create comsol server instance on AWS. Following the tutorial "Running COMSOL Multiphysics® and COMSOL Server™ via the EC2™ Service (comsol5.6)", I successfully create comsol license server . However, I got error message about "ROLLBACK COMPLETE" then the lodical ID display "comsol waitcondition" and "Created Failed". According to the tutorial, " create a license server through which you access your on-premise license server requires that you forward ports from your on-premise license server to the cloud." I dont know how can I check my local comsol license server is successfully forwarding port? Is it possible that I succeed in connecting the comsol license server instance but failed to forwarding port?
