Different particle-wall and particle-particle interactions

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello!

I am working with a microfluidic chip where I will flush two types of cells inside it. My question regards about different interactions between different cells.

Let's say I have cell A type and cell B type. I know that if cell A touches the wall, it will get stuck, but if cell B touches the wall, it won't. How can I add this on COMSOL?

In fact, I also wanted to know how can I add a probability for them to get stuck. If cell B touches a wall, 80% of the times it will bounce off while the other 20% it will stick.

On a similar note, what about particle-particle interaction, I'll be considering linear elastic interactions. Let's say for the sake of the argument, two A cells have a k value of 10 N/m while a A-B cell interaction have 2 N/m, How can I apply this on COMSOL?

Thanks in advance! André
