I think an easy way to do it might be this
since you are applying your load for the entire duration you dont need to change it
for applying current you can try
Current*(t>=2)
This will then only run the current for time t>=2

this might give you some convergence issues, to be tested,
if so, use rather the "pulse" function that has smoothed turn-on/off transitions

i am new in using the time dependent model. dont know exactly how to use the pulse source. for two or three physics model do we need separate time dependent studies.
i tried to see example on the website most examples are stationary study
please guide me to find good examples for time dependent problems

you can solve all either in one go, or in a segregated way variable by variable, or iteratively, all depends on how the variables are inter-dependent, and how much RAM you need and you have available.
There is no "one" way. But mostly COMSOL proposes a default way quite OK
