How to learn the Weak Form PDE?

I am a white paper about the Weak Form PDE, can anybody give me some suggestions about how to learn this technique ? What kind of references are good for a new user ? Thank you!

There are so many books about FEM...

A good book for a first approach is: An Introduction to the Finite Element Method, J.N. Reddy, 3rd edition.
