How to simulate strain and stress of thin cantilever at eigenfrequency?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello, I want to calculate the stress and strain of a very thin cantilever (1mm square size with 5um thickness) at eigenfrequency. I used "3D" model with "Solid Mechanics" physics. It is easy to get resonant frequency at "eigenfrequency" study. However, there is always problem for simulation of strain and stress at resonant frequency in "frequency domain" study. How can I solve the problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot.
