Molecular Iteration for a Microcantilever sensor.

Hi there! I started to use COMSOL only few time ago, so I'm just a newbie in that sense. I need to simulate the molecular iteration of a certain target particle with a simple rectangular cantilever.

I searched and read a lot of papers concern to it, but no ones make a clear explaination of whose parameters have to be inserted in COMSOL in order to get the cantilever bending behaviour according to the molecular concentration.

I've just used the Piezoelectric multiphysic, but I don't know if other physics are required and therefore I ask to somebody to help me, linking COMSOL models similar to that one if possible as well.

Best regards.
