Fick's diffusion

Hi
I am trying to model water vapor diffusion thought polymer materials (as mulilayers configuration) and I am using the transport of diluted species interface. The concetration is indicated as model input, however I only have the vapor pressure on external boundaries.
is it possible on comsol to model fick's law with pressure as dependant variable rather than concentration ?
thanks for your help

You can use Henri's law to convert your vapor pressure to concentration: c = K*p.
