How to couple stabilized diffusion Equation with RF module ?

I first solve the stabilized diffusion Equation. Next I want to use the output "u" for defining the permittivity function and finally solve Maxwell equation.
I try two approaches:
1) The diffusion equation and EM frequency equations are defined in the same component.
2) The diffusion and EM equations are defined in separated components.
In both cases I'm not able to use the output "u" in the EM wave equation for defining the permittivity which is a function of u.
Someone has a solution ?
