Oscillating Pulse Voltage Source using the AC/DC Module

Is it possible to use an analytic function -- for example gp(t)*sin(2*pi*f*t), where gp is a Gaussian Pulse (see attached image) -- in a Voltage Source under the Electrical Circuit (cir) node?
In the Voltage Source Settings window, under Device Parameters, Pulse Source gives triangular/square pulses, and typing the analytic function's Function Name in Vsrc turns the expression yellow for all Source Type options.
