I would try using "Reset Desktop" from the Home Ribbon.

Or, if this doesn't work, under File>Preferences under "Graphics and Plot Windows" change the Visualization> Rendering to "Software" instead of OpenGL. Or, you may try "Optimize for:" Performance instead of Quality.
