How can I get the minimum value of thickness?

Somebody could help me? I need to obtain the thickness reduction of a plate deformed by a sphere that penetrates the Z direction ....
The thickness reduction is shown in the attached image and I need this value for all the displacement values of the plate ....
If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it.
