Modelling bi-anisotropic metasurface with RF module

Hi,

I am trying to model bi-anisotropic metausurface using RF module. In this case tangential components of both electric and magnetic fields experience jump across the surface, and required boundary conditions should be as Eqs. (s1),(s2) in the paper: journals.aps.org/prapplied/supplemental/10.1103/PhysRevApplied.2.044011/supplementary_Pfeiffer3.pdf

If we have only tangential components of magnetic field discontinuous, then it can be easily implemented through a surface current density in RF module. However, discontinuity in tangential components of electric field has to be implemented through a magnetic surface current density, which is not implemented in RF module.

Ironically, density of magnetic surface current is implemented in AC/DC module (however, this module does not support electric surface current density).

I have the following questions:
1) Is it possible to implement magnetic surface current density in RF module somehow?
2) As both electric and magnetic fields are discontinuous, then surface electric (magnetic) current density should be proportional to the average of electric (magnetic) field across the surface. Is it possible to define this average in Comsol?
