Joule heating of a simple suspended beam

Hello,
I tried to study the joule heating on a simple suspended beam . The contact pads are made up of aluminium. The micro bridge heater is silicon carbide. When I tried to simulate in 3D, I am encountering the following error below.

Failed to find a solution.
Segregated Step 1
System matrix is zero.
In Segregated Step 1:
Returned solution is not converged.

I have attached my model here. Can anyone help me in sorting out this problem. Help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
