Learning meshing, any suggestion for beginners?

I have a complicate geometry and needs to be meshed for microfluid flow simulation. However, I've only used the default meshing method before, which does not work for this current case. How could I learn? Is there any good source of material that I can start with?

Thanks!

Have you seen the meshing tutorial models? These can be found under File > Application Libraries > COMSOL Multiphysics > Meshing Tutorials.
