Reliability Modeling of Electronics (In-person)
Join our workshop on reliability modeling of electronics, held in collaboration with DTU Electro. During this interactive workshop you will learn the fundamental modeling workflow through several live demonstrations using COMSOL Multiphysics®. In addition, we will also cover in-depth overview of reliability analysis including uncertainty quantification via surrogate models.
What you can expect:
- A comprehensive introduction to COMSOL Multiphysics®.
- Insight into the modeling workflow for electronics.
- Real-time demos of electromagnetic and thermal effects, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), reliability modeling, and more.
- Advanced topics like stress cycling, fatigue analysis, heat and moisture transport, and uncertainty quantification with surrogate models.
