substracting one object from another

Hi,

I have 2 meshes that i imported into comsol 5.1 and followed the instructions given from comsol: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTJRFxKYcG4

I created 2 solids and wanto to subtract them. I always get the error:
Internal error in geometry decomposition.
- Detail: Error in parameter domain topological analysis.

I would appreciate any help regarding my problem.
