Error during meshing a swept mesh over a parallelepiped

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello to everyone,
I don't know why i'm no more able to build a swept mesh over a parallelepiped. I'm new to comsol, but i was already able to build a mesh in that way, by building a parallepiped as you can see in the attachment. Now I receive this error: "unable to resolve swept mesh. The source face must be defined." How can I solve this issue? As you can see from the picture, the source face has been defined and already meshed with a triangular mesh.
Thanks to everybody for your help.
