Current in Induction Heating of cylindrical billet

I've done several tries for cylindrical billet induction heating simulation but real measured temperatures are completely different in comparison with simulated ones. The problem comes when introducing coil current. In measured experiments, with 280 A the billet reaches in a couple of minutes to temperatures above 1000 ºC. In simulation, if I give to the coil current the value of 280 A, simulated temperature does not rise more than 10 ºC in a couple of minutes. I need to set in simulation around 2500 A to obtain some similar output. I've tried two different kind of current application such as current density and single-turn coil, but both results were disappointing. Someone knows the reason?
