Perhaps outside of COMSOL, you could take a MATLAB or JAVA text-file that describes the model, and then write a translator that could do this. It would be a lot of work.
What I am more interested in is why would you want to do this ? COMSOL also includes structural mechanic and SM modules. Is there something in ABAQUS that you think you cannot get with COMSOL ?

I was totally a personal issue. We have a super-computer here which help us to solve the models. Unluckily, only Abaqus Solver is now installed in it and we are not able to install Comsol soon. For mainly structural analysis software was allowing us to switch in among them while modelling, solving and postprocessing.
Thats why I asked if there is a embedded function in Comsol to write a input file for Abaqus solver.
Thank you for the answer.
