error 7009

Has anyone ever encountered Error 7009? It states: Differential-algebraic equation encountered. Use singular mass matrix = Yes.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the error.

I am not certain how to resolve it. It occurs when attempting to run a simulation multiple times, i.e. each subsequent iteration starts with the previously resolved simulations' values as the initial value for the new simulation.
