measure voltage at boundary

Hi

i'm trying to simulate the wave propagation in a piezoelectric transducer. The wave is created by an short electric rectangle pulse. for this I used an electric potential boundary condition. I want to measure the voltage induced by the pulse echo, which should be measured at the same boundary as the initial electric pulse.
But after the rectangle pulse the voltage stays 0 at the boundary . I assume i shouldn't use the electric potential boundary condition. But I don't know what else to use.
I hope someone can help me.
Thank you!

I think I just need to know how to create a Voltage source in in the piezoelectric devices module.
