ionic motion in AC field

I am simulating ionic motion in AC field which is like the example ‘quadrupole mass spectrometer’ in APP library. The Frequency Domain can be used to solve electric field if the amplitude of AC is constant and using Time Dependent solved ionic motion. But a question was shown up that how to change the setting if amplitude of AC was a function of time such as A=10*t+10?
