How to plot a 3D-diagramm as result in 2D-simulation

Hello together,

In my 2D-simulation I have a square (1mtx1m, depth not relevant) on the left border is a high conzentration of Substance A. On the right border are all concentrations 0.
In the square ther is no convection, just diffusion. Substance A diffuse into the Square and react like the foloowing:

A->B->C->D

Now I have a time-depending solution and I can make 2D-diagramms (surface) for the concentrations depending on location (square). Or I can draw a verticular cutting-line and plot a 1D-Graph concentration depending on time at this line.

But now my qustion: can I draw a 3D-diagramm with the following settings:
x-axis: x-coordinate at a horizontal cutting line
y-axis: time
z-axis: concentration of A

Is it possible or not? If yes how can I plot it?
