I design a two side fixed bridge. The bridge length = 7mm, bridge width = 1mm, bridge height = 1um. I want to get a plot for displacement vs frequency. Right now I have two problems with these geometry. Firstly, it takes half hour to mesh the structure. If I use less fine, it turns out an error that I have to use extremely fine to mesh it. Once I get resonant frequency by using eigenfrequency study, I can set up the range for frequency domain study. If I set up the range to big, I will get an error said relative tolerance is smaller than the error or something related to tolerance. If I increase the tolerance, my plot won't be accurate. Does some one know how to fix these two problems?
