Boundary Conditions with two dependent variables

I'm wondering if it's possible to use boundary conditions of the form d1*d2 where d1 and d2 are different dependent variables in the model.

Specifically, my 2D axisymmetric model uses the nernst-planck and Navier-Stokes modules and I'm looking to have a slip condition of the form Vz*c where V is the potential and c is the species concentration.
