Hello Friends,
I want to find S-parameter for MEMS based resonator with elctromechanics physics. In Comsol help, it shows that by using touchstone export it could be done. I heve tried it several times,but unable to complte it succesfully. Can anybody know how to perform S-paramter anlysis in Electromechanics?
