My model include solution of the Nernst Planck Poisson`s Eq.
Using the 3.5a version I just defined the potential at the Nernst Plank Eq. to be U, where U is the variable in the Poisson`s Eq.
Trying to do so with Comsol4 yield the error "duplicate variable name".
can someone help ?

Hi

Have you tried turn on the equations (options preferences in V4) and look there ? this might help you.

It could be a translation issue too, as many names have changed.

Be sure you use the 4.0a with the latest patch (see the COMSOL web site)

Good luck
