to show the better performing capacitive accelerometer.i want to simulate this by adding the different proof masses.here if we apply any force to the capacitive walls at any side how it will accelerate.my dought is that how generation to design was completed.and then how to apply the force to the capacitive wall.
can any one give the explanation pleaseeeee......
