Hello there . I was wondering if there is any possibility to use COMSOL to simulate diffusion of a species from one side to another - just like a reverse osmosis setup . Is it possible in comsol 4.2 / 4.3 ?

What do you exactly mean? In reverse osmosis only water is transferring across a very dense membrane (at least in an ideal situation). Diffusion across a membrane is of course a basic problem, what do you need to do?
