Refine Mesh - Solver error

Hello,

my model (NS) works fine when I'm using the most primitive mesh calculated automatically by COMSOL. But if I push the 'Refine Mesh' button and start the solver again, an error occurs:
Failed to find a solution:
No convergence, even when using the minimum damping factor.
Returned solution has not converged.

I also played around with damping factor and initial conditions, but there's no change.

How can I use a finer mesh?
