Error in finding solution

I get the following error when I try to solve my simulation:
Failed to find a solution.
Matrix has zero on diagonal for the SSOR update submatrix in the Vanka algorithm.
Returned solution is not converged.
- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1)
It works fine, when i change boundary conditions for inlet and outlet from Laminar Inflow/Outflow to entrance/Exit pressure.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
