Refractive index of ITO coating

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone..

I want to simulate a periodic structure which contain ITO coating and it is sandwiched between dielectric and metal.

I want to calculate the spectrum of transmission, but for this i need to know the refractive index of ITO coating as a function of wavelength/frequency.

Can anyone help me out ...??

I found this: refractiveindex.info/?shelf=other&book=In2O3-SnO2&page=Konig

by a Google search using 'ITO refractive index'

Cheers
Edgar

Thanks.....

Can you provide me refractive index of ITO as function of its thickness. The link that you provided it has refractive index for thickness 72nm .
