Transient heat transfer (Camshaft)

I'm working on a model which simulate heat transfer along a cam (camshaft) on COMSOL 4.3a. I can simulate heating in the stationary studio (heating in surface and diffusion in volume). But I have difficulties to solve in the time dependent study: I don't have diffusion in volume.
The problem seems to come from the meshing method.
Do you have any idea to solve this kind of problems?
