How to get 3D points to 3D Solid Model?

Hi, I was wondering what is the easiest way to convert a bunch of 3D points to a solid 3D model in Comsol. I am not too experience with Comsol... I can get the graph easily with MatLab and Pro/E in hopes of converting these files to comsol file, but I still do not know how to make a solid model out of these graphs. There are about 1000 points (x,y,z). Any suggestions are appreciated.
