Failed to find consistent initial values

I am working on lithium ion battery module and would like to know the variations of temperature of the battery when it is in discharge and charging mode. I was trying to time dependent model and gave time values range(1,10,180). But the simulations were running only at t=1 ie. at the first value of time and I get results for all t=1 and end up getting ERROR

FAILED TO FIND CONSISTENT INITIAL VALUES
LAST TIME STEP DID NOT CONVERGE

Please help me out .
