Loading displacement with boundary load

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello,
I am modeling a solid mechanics problem. First I got data of displacement from the first model and exported to a file; then I imported the data file with interpolation function to second model. I wanted to load the displacement to model at specific point. Since point load in 2D doesn’t give right result, I tried ‘boundary load’ with Gaussian function, but the results are still bad.
Can someone help me with the problem and suggest some way to solve?
Thanks a lot.

Qingnan
