I'm willing to perform a simulation to determined the operation frequency for a SAW device before the fabrication of the device, specifically determine the IDTs parameters (number of fingers, thickness and the space between fingers) and the thin film parameters that involved with the operation frequency (thickness and grain size) if necessary. Currently I'm using COMSOL 3.5 and I'm looking for a module that focus on the operation frequency not like a gas or biosensor modules i will really appreciated if any one can guide me.
