You can use the Boltzmann Equation physics interface in the Plasma Module to produce this table for your particular gas mixture and operating conditions. To learn how to use this interface, see the example models "boltzmann argon" and "boltzmann oxygen" in the COMSOL Model Library.

Another question: my model is a kind of ccp reactor, the problem is it calculates to convergence when the electron mobility is set under 0.001[m^2/(V*s)].
so, how to solve the problem?
