Multiphysics for Frequency domain + Time domain

I am trying to solve the wave propagation in frequency domain.
For ultra high intensity of the beam, plasma(~free electron) is generated within the material. So we have to consider the transient electrical conductivity with wave propagation in frequency domain.

Is there anybody that have experienced this problem?
