How to simulate the electronic current emitted from a hot metal surface?

So called thermionic emission.
I wonder which module should I start with. I tried the heat transfer module but it seems not to work.
Thanks!

Hi,

I only find the thermoelectric effect in the model library, which is different than the thermionic effect (actual emission of electron depending on temperature and on an energy threshold can the Work Function), isn't it ?

Where could I find it please ?

Thank you for your help,

Simon
