Superposition of several harmonic signals

I am using Joule Heating with periodic boundary conditions (electric current pulses). I want to get the temperature-time plot for a specific Point in my structure. For that I thought Comsol would solve it faster if those 1m+ pulses were to be generated with superposition of harmonic signals (Fourier stuff).
I tried to use Frequency-Transient study but I couldn't figure out how I can define several frequencies and related amplitudes.
Could you please help me on that?
A tutorial dealing with this Topic would also be very helpful.
Thanks,
Bartu
