Hi,
I have several questions about the MEMS model and the general use of COMSOL.
I try to build a similar model as the MEMS tutorial example,However, it has a problem about
failed to find a solution for the initial parameter. Does that means I lost BCs? furthermore, I did not define BCs for the bottom part as the tutorial model. in the tutorial, it does not define the BCs for the BASE.
Moreover, when I use the electromechanics model, do I need to define every boundary? some BCs are not known, how could I define them?
cheers,
