2D Optical nanoantenna - results is not same as literature

I tried to simulate the 2D optical dipole nanoantenna but have the result is not same as the literature.
The literature said that the simulations were performed by launching a plane wave at normal incidence with an electric field magnitude of (1V/m) and polarized along the antenna axis.
My model contained the dipole placed on the center of silica glass substrate of 15um*15um. PMLs with 3 um thick as the outer domain around the substrate.
The provlem is my result is different from the literature. Its result is around 10E-5 V/um but I have around 10E-3 V/um when Electric field magnitude 1 V/m is applied at the left boundary of substrate (inner boundary of PML). The equation is the Ey = E0*exp(-j*2*pi/(lambda)*x). Gold relative permittivity is -7730.7+i*3771.3. Mesh is used extremely fine. I also tried many things but it doesn't work.
From the model above, I don't know that what I'm wrong.
I appreciated that have someone to help me and also attached a file if someone need.
