Fluid flow Heat transfer through Porous media

I am working with fluid flow and heat transfer in porous media. I have searched a lot and run some case related to flow and heat transfer in porous media. Actually i am looking for a tutorial in which i can define my pore size and distribution. Is there any model related to pore size and pore distribution?
